Have Waste/ Pickup?

To fulfil our commitment and mission to better the environment, we have designed a holistic start to finish process that will effectively ensure the collection, transportation, reuse, and recycling of your product.
Upon scheduling the pick-up of your e-waste, our facilitators will collect and transport the waste to our R2 certified facilities. This reverse logistics process is managed by our own fleet of vehicles and facilitated through our channel partners. In doing so, we can directly ensure the safe transport of both hazardous and non-hazardous e-waste to our facility.
we ensure that all the products are first and foremost effectively reused. In doing so, we follow the three R’s of sustainability: Reuse, Reduce and Recycle. Thus, all the e-waste is first segregated into various categories based on the condition of the product.
Repairable items go through asset refurbishment, or the repair of used electronics to bring them back to life. We ensure that for those products that can be refurbished, all the damaged parts are replaced by the best quality spare parts at a much cheaper cost. All of these products thereafter go through a complete Quality Check for safety, satisfaction and efficiency. You can purchase these products at a 70-80% lesser cost than new products through our retail franchise, or our online portal – SAPPHIRO E-WASTE MANAGEMENT. Additionally, we provide both standard and extended warranties for these products.
The non-repairable items go through our dismantling facility where any and all parts that can be reused, are extracted for restoring other devices. The rest of the product is then further divided into sub-categories to ensure that it is disposed in the most sustainable manner possible to ensure the protection of the environment.
Managing plastic waste has become a critical part of our discourse on waste management, and that’s a positive thing. However, e-waste must also enter that critical conversation as it contains heavy metals and other toxic chemicals like mercury, lead, and sulphur that pose a real danger to our environment.
